What we collect
When you send us a project, we receive the details you enter in the form (name, brand, email, website, product lines, quantities and timing) and any files or links you share, such as tech packs, sketches or references. If you browse the site, we may collect basic, anonymous usage data to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and run your production program. We never sell your information, and we only share it with the partners needed to develop and produce your program, under confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a program are kept for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for the length of our relationship and as long as the law requires.
How we protect it
Your files are accessible only to the team working on your program. Your designs and specifications are never offered to another client, and we sign an NDA on request.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information through the contact details on this website.
