How it works: from tech pack to shipment

Six stages, with the times we work to.

01Sourcing phase You provideTech pack, quantity, colors, size run, destination market. You receiveCosting per style from factories we have validated, verified certificates and a sampling plan. TimeUp to 10 working days
02Samples You provideApproval of the sampling plan. You receiveA sample per style, made to your specification. Time15–20 working days from a closed tech pack and defined materials
03Approval You provideSample approval and order confirmation. You receiveProduction scheduled against the approved sample. TimeSet by you
04Production You provideA deposit on order confirmation. You receiveProduction run against the approved sample, with in-line quality control. Time60–75 days from approval
05Inspection You provideThe balance, once the inspection is cleared. You receiveOur confirmation that the goods passed final inspection against the approved sample and your specification, before they ship. TimeBefore shipment
06Shipment You provideYour freight forwarder, and the import in your own name or through the company you appoint. You receiveGoods loaded at the port nearest the factory (FOB), for your freight forwarder. TimeDepends on air or sea freight
