Sourcing, sampling and production

From tech pack to finished production.

Full-package apparel manufacturing in China, Bangladesh and India, for brands worldwide.

50+years in the textile industry
450,000+garments produced a year
Why brands work with us

What a factory won't tell you, we check first.

We produce with factories we've worked with for years. We know where a production run can go wrong, and we check those points before it does.

Certificates

The certificate often belongs to the fabric mill, not to the factory sewing your garment.

We check each factory's own scope certificate with the certifying body, and tell you what your label can claim.

Fabric and minimums

Minimums quoted per style can hide the real constraint: the fabric.

We confirm fabric, colors and the real minimum against your tech pack before you commit.

Sample to bulk

An approved sample is no guarantee that bulk will match it.

Production runs against the approved sample, and the balance is due only after final inspection.

Your designs

Patterns, prints and trims developed for your brand stay yours.

We never offer your development to another client, and we sign an NDA if you ask.

Minimums

Minimums are set by the fabric, not by the sewing.

Our base minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 units per style and color, with fabric and trims included, and it comes down when several styles share the same fabric and color.

Fabric off-cuts stacked by color on the cutting floor
Off-cuts, by colorEach fabric and color is cut as its own lot, from its own rolls.
One style, several colors

200 units per color. Run as many colors as you need: each color reaches the minimum on its own.

A family: same fabric and color

One shared minimum. Styles cut from the same fabric in the same color are planned together as a family.

Verification

Certificates checked at the source.

When your brand or market requires a certification, we verify it at the factory that makes your garment. These are the standards our clients ask for most.

We report the standards your factories hold. AVNC does not certify products itself.

How we check quality
About us

A family textile group, three generations in.

AVNC is the finished-apparel unit of Grupo Sisro. We develop and produce for brands in the US, Europe and worldwide, with production run in Asia from our Hong Kong office. Even a first order of a few hundred units goes to the same factories as our largest programs, with the group's full volume behind it.

We offer tech pack development as a service: send sketches or reference photos, and our technical design team builds the tech pack for production.

Confidentiality

Your specifications stay confidential, and so does our factory network: your program runs through AVNC from sample to shipment.
